Personalized Products

  •  All custom‑personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Non‑Personalized Products

  •  You may return non‑personalized, standard items within seven (7) business days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  •  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
